This Astro Berlin 1000mm f6.3 Fernbildlense C is a rare and enormous telephoto lens made sometime in the mid 20th century. It has a simple optical design consisting of one achromatic doublet. This lens has a native M39 mount that was meant to be used with a reflex housing and is not rangefinder coupled. Apertures on the 1000mm range from f6.3-f32. Minimum focusing distance is 80ft. A section near the middle of the lens barrel has a slot for a large drop-in filter.
